About the tour

This is the longest day tour we offer, a full expedition through vast valleys and over mighty glaciers to the wild east coast of Svalbard. After a safety briefing at basecamp and warm expedition gear, we head into the frozen wilderness.

We stop at viewpoints with towering glacier walls and panoramic views from the glacier tops. If conditions allow, we ride out on the sea ice to the Königsberg Glacier for a warm lunch with an unforgettable view, and maybe explore further between huge icebergs frozen into the ice. Look out for reindeer, Arctic foxes, seals and, with luck, a polar bear at a safe distance.

Physical Requirements
Previous snowmobile experience is an advantage. Day trip through some rugged terrain.
