Northern Lights Photo Safari
with Svalbard Photography
About the tour
This photo safari takes us slowly into Adventdalen, where we wait for the colourful lights to start dancing. With clean air and very little light pollution, the sky out here can feel like another planet.
The guide helps you with camera settings, so you can bring home beautiful photos of the aurora over the Svalbard landscape. Fun fact: from Longyearbyen we often look south to see the Northern Lights, because Svalbard lies north of the aurora oval.
A perfect tour for photographers of all levels.
Physical Requirements
Suitable for everyone. The bus has no special adaptations, but a folding wheelchair fits in the boot.
