About the tour

Visit the vast, frozen east coast of Spitsbergen, home of the polar bear. We follow the big valleys of Nordenskiöld Land towards the Rabot glacier and up onto the glacier plateau, where on a clear day you can see Barentsøya and Edgeøya.

Then we head down to Mohnbukta and out on the sea ice, circling a huge glacier front where three glaciers meet. From time to time we see polar bears on this trip, always at a safe distance. Reindeer, foxes and seals are also common.

Long but fairly easy driving, in small groups of maximum 6 snowmobiles.

Physical Requirements
Previous snowmobile experience is an advantage. Day trip through some rugged terrain.
