About the tour
Want a taste of the Svalbard wilderness without a full day? This 60 km tour takes you through Adventdalen to Elveneset, one of the best viewpoints in the area, with wide valleys and snowy mountains along the way.
At Elveneset we stop for the panoramic view over Isfjorden, with hot drinks and warm expedition food. Then we ride back the same way and see the landscape from a new angle. The route is varied but easy, perfect for beginners and families.

Suitable for most without snowmobile experience, through some rugged terrain.

Dress in layers – it’s the best way to stay warm. It is better to be too warm than too cold!
- Hotel pick-up and return
- Snowmobile, fuel and insurance
- Snowmobile suit, helmet, boots, mittens and balaclava
- Hot food and drinks

- Warm wool base layers and socks
- A small daypack
- Contact lenses instead of glasses if you can
Important Information
- A valid licence for car, motorcycle or snowmobile is required to drive. Bring it on the tour
- Pregnant women cannot join for safety reasons
- The guide does not carry passengers
- The route may change with weather and snow conditions
- Children from 8 years, with an adult

22 days or more before the activity gives a full refund
8-21 days before gives a 50% refund
0-7 days before gives no refund
If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing. There is no refund for route changes, sickness, cancelled or delayed flights or other things outside the operator’s control, so we recommend travel insurance.
