Pingos are cone-shaped mounds of earth-covered ice, which only occur in areas with permafrost and glaciers. Svalbard has permafrost year-round. Digital certificate is only valid if it is issued in Norway.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You do not need additional documentation if your driving licence meets the model requirement under one of the conventions.
