Vi kj\u00f8rer fra Longyearbyen med Can-Am Outlander ATV-er, forbi hytter p\u00e5 utsiden av byen, f\u00f8r vi stopper ved kulturhistoriske steder underveis. Her deler guiden sin l\u00e6rerike kjennskap og personlige innsikt om naturen, kullgruvene og kulturen.<\/p>\n<p>Til tross for at vi er s\u00e5 langt nord, er faunaen rik nok til at vi kan oppleve dyrelivet som befinner seg utover landskapet. Det er ikke uvanlig \u00e5 se Svalbardreinen st\u00e5 \u00e5 beite p\u00e5 tundraen og i sommerm\u00e5nedene er det er det et rikt og unikt fugleliv.<\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Oversettelse\">Vi passerer Longyearbyens gamle flyplass og videre til v\u00e5re gode venner i hundeg\u00e5rden til Svalbard Husky. Der venter det mange ivrige hunder som gjerne vil ha v\u00e5r fulle oppmerksomhet. Kanskje m\u00f8ter vi b\u00e5de Obelix, Nansen, Gandhi og Chaplin. Valpekullene blir nemlig ofte oppkalt etter temaer innenfor film, b\u00f8ker eller serier.
